Cardiff Met will be looking to build on their win against Beddau in the Championship Cup when they travel to Ystrad Rhondda on Wednesday evening. The Cardiff Met coaches are once again taking the opportunity to look at different combinations which means it is a much changed line-up. Ystrad Rhondda will be looking to build on their 28-20 against Glamorgan Wanderers last weekend so this should be a well contested affair.
