Men’s Rugby
The club currently operates 12 teams a week, including 8 BUCS teams, a XV WRU Admiral Premiership team.
Women’s Rugby
Cardiff Met have a strong women’s rugby program, with the 1st team competing in the Women’s BUCS Super Rugby competition (WBSR) working closely with the WRU driving the PDC East Programme.
